Shipping and Return Policies


All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping cost will be based on delivery country code, zone/zip code, etc. and provided at Check Out. Once We F*** We Go Together wants you to love your purchases! However, if your purchase just isn’t working out for you, we promise to make things right. We’ll give you 30 days (from the date of purchase) to exchange items or return them for a refund. So, let’s talk options:

I’d Just Like a Refund. 
We’ll gladly provide you with a refund if you send your item(s) back to us. We only ask that the item(s) be in new condition (original tags on and not worn).

Get your refund
Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will process your return within 2 business days. You'll receive an email letting you know of your return status.

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.

What If I'd Like to Try Something Else? 
Good idea! We carry a ton of awesome items, so you’re welcome to swap things out. Feel free to take a look around and exchange an item for whatever catches your eye. Please enter your order number and email address on the return form to set up your exchange. Make sure to select the store credit option for free return shipping.

Send the item(s) back
When we've agreed to refund you, you'll need to send the item(s) back within 5 business days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and all applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes. UNLESS YOU ARE EXCHANGING FOR ANOTHER ITEM(S). 

When you send your item back, we recommend using tracked shipping. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. If you choose to exchange your item(s) we will send you a USPS returns label, tracking details are automatically uploaded. If you're using a different returns label, you should manually add tracking details to the return.

When you're sending the item(s) back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to us, is important and will determine the approval of your return or exchange.

NOTE: We will not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that has been used or worn.
